Sensor racks are used to store probe systems and sensors on the coordinate measuring machine. System expansions are included - precisely fitting and versatile. The changing magazines are integrated into the machine software, so that the probe change is carried out automatically. All ZEISS configurations are supported by suitable probe bays.

Maximum availability

The rigid probe changing magazine ZEISS Multi-Sensor-Rack (MSR) is available in different heights and widths for all sizes of ZEISS coordinate measuring machines. Probe systems are changed automatically while the MSR is located within the measuring volume. The capacity on the MSR is increased with additional planes. The MSR Duplex offers twice as many probe storage locations as the standard version. To do this, it is manually pushed out of the measuring range, rotated by 180 degrees and fixed in the measuring range with repeat accuracy.

Optimized measuring range

The automated probe changing magazine ZEISS ProMax stores probe systems outside the measuring range. This means that the measuring volume is optimally used for the workpiece and the travel path of the probe head, while collisions with the sensor rack are ruled out. When required, the probe systems are automatically moved into the measuring range using a linear module. The measuring software ensures that probe changes are reliable and repeatable.
