M3 Renishaw
Styli with M3 thread suitable for ZEISS RST, Renishaw SP and Hexagon HP-S sensors. M3 styli can also be connected to other thread systems using the appropriate adaptors and connecting elements. Styli spheres are made of ruby or silicon nitride. In addition to the standard spherical styli, cylindrical styli made of tungsten carbide and ruby are also available. The standard straight shaft is made of tungsten carbide, but a stepped shaft is also available to provide additional stiffness.
