Thermally stable standard extension, for all applications. REACH CFX® 1, M3 XXT extensions are specially developed for the ZEISS VAST XXT probe heads. The special combination of optimum rigidity and low weight enables the construction of complex probe systems for probing in different directions. With special holder for rotatable elements, e.g. cubes or angle elements that need to be set to a special angle can be adapted here

  • Optimum ratio between the best possible rigidity and low weight
  • Thermally stable - no thermal expansion of the material and associated loss of precision
  • Weight-optimized for the XXT system for the construction of complex systems
  • With special reciever for rotatable elements
  • Carbon fiber tubes - developed by ZEISS

Product note

ZEISS XXT extensions are only available in REACH CFX® 1 quality. Due to the requirement for the lowest possible weight, these extensions are explicitly optimized in terms of stiffness and weight for use on ZEISS VAST XXT measuring heads. REACH CFX® 1 , M3 XXT extensions can be used in exceptional cases on other measuring systems (such as VAST/VAST Gold measuring heads) for certain applications, but are not recommended due to the special adaptation to XXT systems.
